Voice for the Kids Petition
We, the undersigned, want the law changed.
While the convicted perpetrators of child abuse have access to seeing their rights granted, what of the victim, their family and friends? For them there is no parole even after their rights have been abused, theirs is a Life sentence and it means for the rest of their Lives. Do perpetrators have more rights than victims? It would seem so, perpetrators have their rights observed even after taking away the rights of others. Is this justice? What message does this send out to our society, that after destroying the Lives of the victims and those around them perpetrators will be treated with leniency?
We want our children to Live in peace and free from fear.
