Behind the scenes there is so much going on, but there is not one area that is more important than any other. All the focus is on the performers, but an event is not just what you see on the stage but also what you do not see.

It's about you feeling confident enough and being competent enough to work on your own projects, to have the confidence in others who can work with you and support you.
